FAQs

What are your shipping methods? We ship using USPS Priority and USPS International standard. Ready to Ship items are mailed within 7-10 business days of purchase. However, please allow 3 up to weeks for your item to finally arrive to you. Priority mail always includes tracking. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail or stolen, please be sure your address is correct when ordering. Always double check! We have a shipping option where you can request a signature upon delivery to prevent this! If your order gets returned to us because of delivery or address issues that were not our fault, we will resend it after you pay the shipping once again.

The piece I want is sold out ☹ Will you make more? Maybe! But also maybe not. Everything we make is one-of-a-kind, with the exception of a few staple pieces. We tend to make work similar to what we have made in the past, but its hard for us to make the same thing more than once, there are so many possibilities with ceramics that sometimes we can't help making new things!!

Do you take custom orders? We do not! 

My order arrived damaged! What do I do? If your item arrives damaged please contact us with a photo of the item within 3 days of it's arrival and we will exchange it with a similar item of equal value.

Do you have a return policy? All sales are final! If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will do everything we can to find a solution.

Can I order wholesale? Of course! Contact us with your requests and we can discuss the possibilities! We require a $500 minimum wholesale order.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe? You betcha. All of our pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, however we do recommend hand washing if possible.
